Tupperware India Pvt Ltd is committed to providing high-quality kitchenware; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Tupperware account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Carefully place the unused product back into its original Tupperware box along with all manuals, tags, and the original invoice.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, followed by a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
